With Collagen Deficiency Comes Premature Wrinkling.

The body's production of collagen slows with aging. It means, it truly slows down. We may notice it on the outside of our skin when tiny lines and wrinkles start showing up in our thirties. This is the time when, the lack of collagen production and collagen degeneration is already affecting the inside of our bodies. The damage gets our attention as strains and sprains become more severe. Things we have always like to do, like hiking or jumping, suddenly seem more painful.
