Good Skin Moisturizer.

Are You Using A Good Moisturizer?

How much do you know about your moisturizer? There are literally hundreds of moisturizers on the market, and all of them claim to be special, but how do you know which one to choose? There’s no doubt about the fact that you need to moisturize your skin in order to keep it looking young and healthy...though choosing the right moisturizer is a different story altogether.

What’s Inside?

Most moisturizers contain humectants. Humectants actually take water from the dermis and leave that water in the epidermis. Sometimes, humectants can also take water from the atmosphere.
In many ways, humectants are natural moisturizers.

Some moisturizers also contain petroleum. Petroleum will create a desired texture within a moisturizer. Often, petroleum is the number one reason why a moisturizer doesn’t have a greasy feel. Of course, there are numerous debates as to whether or not petroleum is actually good for your skin.
